Can I remove my information from the search results?
If you prefer that a certain link not be shown on Graphiq you should act to remove the page from the source website, (you can see the details of the source website at the bottom left of the page). Once the data is removed from the source, a link should no longer appear in our results page.
Why is my information still showing up in Google's search results?
Google's search results are a reflection of the content publicly available on the web. When a page on Graphiq is updated or removed, it will automatically update or fall out of Google's search results. You don’t need to do anything to make this happen, although it can take anywhere from a few days to a few months for these changes to take effect. However, if you urgently need to remove content from Google's search results (for example, if a page has already been removed, updated, or blocked due to sensitive information), you can request expedited removal of those URLs. Visit Google webmaster tools for more information on how to remove information from Google search and to use the URL removal tool (https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663688).
How accurate is the information?
Graphiq does not verify the accuracy of the facts of every listing in each category; we merely cite publicly available information found on the web or supplied to us by our third party sources. Since no algorithm is perfect, some interpretation or processing errors are possible; we'll be happy to receive your feedback and will try to improve our system accordingly.
Some information about me is wrong - can I fix it?
If you notice any erroneous or outdated information, you can create a free Graphiq user account and edit the information. You can also contact our team. We highly recommend that you also correct the information as the source database.
What about privacy?
We understand the potential sensitivity of people's data being made so accessible and appreciate the need for discretion in certain circumstance. We only present information that is already available to the public or has been made available through law. If you work in law enforcement please contact our team to be removed.
